Restaurant and Sweet Spot are on-campus labs that provide students the experience of building skills in real-world food-service settings .Project-Based learning , combined with personalized attention by experienced instructors ,challenge students to develop the skills necessary to gain employment. Graduate can become the head chef of a restaurant, general manager of a hotel, general manager of a resort and explore the world with a career in international travel/hospitality.
